I used to use this place downtown, but their office was only open on the second Tuesday of every week, and it was so hard to get an appointment.

I was walking down the street recently, out of nowhere, a stop sign smacked me in the head.
I've heard of telephone poles doing this out of the blue.... but stop signs???? Crazy world eh?
