Thinking why in the world did I modify my eating? Now I feel like I'm starving since I don't eat "junk."

I am thinking today is a very hot day, then we are having rain for the rest of the week. That's what I call hot, wet, and sticky

I don't necessarily eliminate all refined foods as a rule - not obsessed with it, but I do eat very little prepackaged, preprepared foods - when I baked my own bread & made my own granola - I ate even less still eat very little of that compared to most of what I see in the grocery carts of others...it's just been my lifestyle for a long time
