The heat just has a better heat retention. The brown out is cause by the thunder storms just pasted by.

Friends in Mississippi are having rolling brown out for the last week. I think I would move. He says it is because of the draw of electric. For air conditioners.

I don't know if it's true or not but I have heard that electric companies have been warned not to turn anyone's electricity off for any reason.
