I love writing testimonials to people.
It lets them know, how I feel about them, and I have a great time writing them. 
I love to recieve them also. Its a surprise when you get a new one, like getting a present.  
Its always a bummer, for me anyways, when I really want to write a testimonial to someone, and I cant. 
What I dont understand, is why so many people, have the "testimonial feature" in their profiles, closed, so you cant write anything to them? 
Are your testimonials open? And if not, why?

Mine are open, have always been open, I've got 5 pages of 'em, and I'm fine with that. I've even got one calling me "Goat Boy," and I'm fine with that, too! (Given the relevance of the context!)
