After you click on quote, when you are writing something, look to the left, in the middle, and you will see in orange writing, "Add Smiley". You just click on that,with your mouse, and then you will see them all. Click the mouse on the one you want to type in your writing.You can click as many as you like. Than click the mouse on "Post Reply", and you will have smileys on your writings. I hope you can understand this, I tried to make it easy for you to read.
