i know i havent been on in a long time but i hope i can get some help i seem to have a problem finding a really great guy to be with i dont know what im doing wrong i mean i treat my man like he is everything to me and then they leave me or treat me like crap

Some might say it's the choices we make, some might say derogatory things about the guys. I just say you can't tell what a person is going to be like when you first meet them, that's why it's called "getting to know them", of course by then the damage is done. All I can add is every wrong one down is one step closer to the right one. When you least expect it, the right one will pop up. Keep the faith...he's out there looking for you too.

You give men too much and they tend to treat you like crap. I read a very interesting book called, "why men love *******". The one thing I learned is to not be a doormat to men which is what you do when you do everything for a man. He loses respect for you and this is what men were saying in this book. I have now leant out this book to several of my younger female friends and they say its quite enlightening. |

I think men should be treated the way they treat us, as their women. They treat us best in such a way they still feel they need to leave something for themselves. SOME of us women tend to treat our men without leaving so much to ourselves because we leave ourselves - without self preservation. |

Bummer that book sucks, I like looking after my man, think i will have to read it.. Its a good read and the neat thing is its what the men are saying not the women. I guess if you keep doting on them; they get bored of you and end it. Who would have thought that being too nice to a man would be your downfall? |

Good response and I think this something that every woman should keep in mind while in a relationship. Very good advice.
