Anyways, I just got back from a press screening of the new Harry Potter movie. It was really good. It has some issues with it, but for the most part it is an enjoyable film.

Book comes out in a little over a week. So, the movie was out in just enough time to make the next week long as hell.

HP and the order of the Phoenix won't be released in Panama until Friday, so it's even longer for us here, and I am already on the list at the bookstore to get the book once it hits the stands, which will be on the 21st, midnight... I can't hardly wait... It will be a marathon reading during that week!

Order of the Phoenix was so complicated, I am wondering how the director pulled off the battle at the Ministry, and the scenes of the mayhem caused by the Weasley twins when escaping Hogwarts... all the firecrackers and the cheer madness of it...

and BTW, I can't stand Sponge Bob... My 8 yr positively rofl watching it, and I just can't find the "funny" in it...

Yeah, Spongebob is an developed taste. I don't mind him.

Anyway, Yates did a great job with OoTp. I mean the best anyone can do with ALL that material. There is a bunch missing, but the movie was already 2 hr 20 mins long so that is understandable.

Not just mnissing but he did take some creative license as well... Dolores Umbridge is nothing as I pictured her... How's the scene when she (Dolores Umbridge) is taken to the Forbidden Forest and left with the Centaurs? And Hagrid's half brother? I guess I can't wait to see the movie huh?

Unlike what many people think, Harry Potter is not a book for children. Is about children. I enjoy these books immensely. Pity the series will end so soon...
