You can't take a good picture with your tongue sticking out. I don't know if it's actually impossible, but I've never seen a good one. Also... Duck faces are not sexy. Maybe if you're a duck.

I think a pic taken at JUST THE RIGHT ANGLE,,of me, by my lady,,while I was in just the right position to have my tongue sticking out,,,MIGHT be a GREAT pic for her to feel or see as a GREAT SHOT.....

I don't have any examples off hand, but it just depends on the person. Some can pull it off, some can't. Like with short hair styles, or almost anything else really.

I guess I see it differently because those kind of pictures are so so so over done. Your toe sucking picture is silly and makes me laugh. If everyone started having toe sucking pictures, I may think differently about it.
