More alone time then social time.
And that depends on just how social. A few friends around a bonfire once every couple of weeks is nice. Any more then that, and they drive me nuts. An out in public, loud scene, once a month or every couple of months. There's definitely two persona's, a public one where I can interact well with customers, business, etc. and a private, leave me the heck alone one. MG-'s question - More online then in person. |

seeing how I spend 95% of my time alone I guess I'll go with the alone time. It gives me plenty of mingle time

I have a question for you guys. Do you spend more time with people or on-line here? Definitely on line. I spend almost NO time with people in person. If it wasn't for having to go into a store to buy stuff, I could go months without ever speaking to a real-life human. |

When I'm doing the biz thing I'm very social but as soon as I'm out of there I'm very private and alone. I have a question for you guys. Do you spend more time with people or on-line here? I spend much more time conversing here than with anyone else socially. I would never share in public what I share here. Is it the same for any of you? I tend to chat on here when I have down time at home, before bed or while work is slow. I also make sure I actually get out several times a week and see real people as well. Why would you share things here that you would not share in public? |

The last thing I need, is to be around a bunch of fools.
I stay with my family all the time, I am never ever away from them. When I want to talk, I talk to my Brother. I used to talk to my mother. Heck, I even used to talk to my best friend. I have made a few friends on this forum. I find the people here most pleasent :) I like to go out shopping with my Brother, or for a meal, and that's it. I can barely stand him. Love the meal though! :D |

Humm I'm one of those that require both when I'm around others I'm very social, but...when I'm alone I really enjoy my time alone....

I sit behind a computer at work, that is usually when I'm online. When I get home I typically head to a friends house or have someone over. I'd say it's about even for me, I don't talk to many people here or in my social life. I'm a social butterfly & love being around people! I was accustomed to being with friends daily until I moved here for college. I do RL things with my local friends on weekends and visit with my family and life-long friends as often as possible. I come here when there are no RL happenings to concern myself with, unless I need me time! Time for myself is usually taking the dogs to the river, riding a horse, or a long bath & some pampering. Local peeps are coworkers & colleagues so I am not as open with them as I am here, but my friends & family know me well and I share all of my life with them. |
