I think there's a difference between emotional attraction and sexual attraction.

for women the emotional attraction is a big part of the arousal...
is what i think she is saying there

But, they are still two different things. You can be aroused without emotional attraction, and there can be emotional attraction without arousal.

Also, arousal isn't always sexual.

Asexuality? Why? We're all going to the same place anyway....and as far as I know, NOBODY has gotten off this planet alive!!!

That's like starving to death and holding your breath because you can. ill

Why not?

The same question applies and yet I'm still left thinking 'who gives a damn' I mean, it is my own life, my own choice and it has absolutely nothing to do with you.

And the fact I have a healthy sexual appetite is MY CHOICE, TOO. Just because I think sex is NORMAL between 2 people shouldn't ostracize me from the conversation.

Eleven years ago I was placed on male hormone replacement therapy. For the six months prior my glands produced no testosterone. Among the negative symptoms was one that I wish I could, sort of, maintain. I had a total loss of labido and could apprecate a womans beauty without the underlying male sexual desire coming to the surface.

After starting replacement therapy I asked the doctor if the labido aspect could be reduced and was told no. But for six months I lived without any sexual desire at all. Strange as it may seem I still wish I could turn it on and off because it can be be a distraction and women, at times, dislike the constant high level of sexuality in men.

WHAT???noway surprised

haha, I know, Im confused. it sayd they can be aroused through emotional attraction? I mean isnt that part of being aroused...if someone is a jerk im not turned on anyways, even if they have a "handsome" look.

exactly

look at it in levels , gazing might be level one, hugging level two, kissing level three, fondling level four, and sex level five

now,, compare the levels to cars

level one might be like a skateboard, level two might be like a bicycle, level three might be like a used car, level four like a new car, and level five like a new ALFA ROMERO,,,

they are all transportation that can get you to one place from another, some just get you there 'faster' than others

same way with arousal, there are people that have no interest whatsover in which VEHICLE is used, their goal is the arousal itself

they wont be MAD if they get a mazarati, but they really just want to reach their destination,,,lol
