I like the fact that Texas is the only state that can fly it's flag the same height as the American flag. Actually, The US was given the right to fly their flag the same height as the the Texas flag. We were a nation. We still have a navy.

I like the fact that Texas is the only state that can fly it's flag the same height as the American flag. Actually, The US was given the right to fly their flag the same height as the the Texas flag. We were a nation. A few months after I moved here, I was thinking about this as I drove to work and saw the flags flying proudly...then I realized that it was now MY flag! Yep, "born again as a Texan!"
