I got this from a wise old man to his lazy nephew who lifted weights. He says about exercise: Why do you waste your energy lifting weights and exercising when you could just get up and go do some work? (Go mow the lawn, roof the house, fix the fence.... etc.) LOLLLLLLLL maybe he just lazy to work not lazy to lift weights hahaha and it works different muscles but thats a good point too Cardio work out with mowing lawn and hammering roof an fence

my saying for today...people should not judge a person before they even know them:)so many judge on spelling or looks what is sad then they never know why or who the person really is :)
