Recently, planting this years flowers. Over all, reading, writing, knitting. Being on the beach hunting sea glass on a beautiful day and sharing that with the man I love, some day anyway...watching a good movie. Hearing someone's dream. This list could go on, there are many things I give my attention to in the course of each day.

My friends. I make sure to spend time with them when I can.
I also enjoy volunteering around the city. I am part of the Jaycees and really enjoy community service and helping running events around the city. Volunteering at a no-kill cat shelter when I have time as well. I can't take more pets home (I have two cats) but I can spend some of my extra time making sure these kitties get some love and attention. |

Well I don't give a damn about my job and even less about my family so my attention goes to my music and costume making. |

I have several friends that are ill.. One has MS and she's not able to get out much now.. Another is a veteran that has lots of health problems and will be having surgery again soon.. I'm there for them to do what I can to help or if they just need someone to listen.. My neighbor and her mom..the mom is in her 80's and the daughter had polio when she was 11.. I take them out to eat sometimes as neither can drive after dark..

I give attention to myself first. Not self-centered, just that you take care of yourself, you could put your attentions anywhere.You really cannot do to much if you are not focused.
