Adblock Plus: :thumbsup:

A free program add-on for Firefox is a very nice product, that blocks annoying banner adds / popups.

Yes, they are free add-ons for Firefox. One word of caution, they do have to be configured a bit to work correctly. You can find videos on YouTube that will show you how to configure and use them.

Well, there is one small side effect to blocking banners. Your weiner could fall off, but if you're willing to take that risk, go for it. As for me, I'll just play it safe.

No, but I don't know anything about Chrome, it might have it's own versions of those add-ons.

i was thinking that. weiners can get in the way, but they sure are handy in a hot dog bun

Adblock+, noscript and ghostery are first for add-ons here.
No qualms about it. All body parts still intact.
