Go out-Date-stay at home or.............

I decided she probably wasn't worth my time to begin with and went on to look for someone who did actually deserve my time. It was hard at first, but once I started spending my time and energy on someone else it got a little easier.

I've found writing your feelings/thoughts down on paper works pretty good. No need for grammar, or correct spelling, or even staying on track... Just write and poor your heart out and say everything on your mind, mood music helps to have that pen flow.

. . . buy a gun and spend time at a shooting range.
That way you won't miss your ex, because you will have perfected your aim.

Oops! That is the Melmacian way. Here on Earth the authorities frown on that sort of thing.

If you do date do it only for fun because those rebound relationship just compound the pain of the original break up.

Keep your mind and body busy doing things that are positive for yourself. Drinking or drugging is not a positive thing ever but especially during grieving times.

Time is all that helps so lots of time doing those positive things for yourself.

Plot you rrevenge, but don't act on it
Cry your eyes out.
Go out with your friends and talk bad about the ex.

Find a better replacement.
