Been put on hold...NOW WHAT?

Hold time is really full boredom.

Currently I'm facing the smae situation after resigning from my current job...its a notice period now....feels like been excluded....but need to pass a month like this...My mind is getting attracted & very much eager to get couple with new chllanges,new systems at new location.

I've to head the department there.I hv to identify the bugs if any & extablish new systems.Its very challanging & I'm very eager to start with that.

............This is really boredom.

Last night, I was talking to a guy who has traveled around the country, and he remarked about how demanding and snobby women in my area are. (For instance, one girl wouldn't date him because of the type of car he drove. I've experienced similar "requirements" from women around here.) He mentioned how difficult it was to find a date or to get laid around here compared to other areas of the country. He's a heavy guy - maybe 300 lbs. - but throughout the nation he has no problem picking up gorgeous women. Not because of money or looks, but because of his personality and how he acts. And he had pictures and video on his phone to prove the point.

So, I write this here for anyone who doesn't understand just how messed up the region where I live really is. I've talked to a lot of people and most agree that I live in a dead zone for dating.
