motivated by a victim's actual or perceived gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability, thats easily disputable ESPECIALLY considering the assailants history of random violence My question is were the other victims white? I read something on here that someone else had posted in regards to her past but didn't see anything specifying the victims color. its not the color, its the motivation and in this case, the question is , were they TRANSGENDER, to support the assailant targeting transgendered specifically. this is hate crime (you can hear the term boy and ***** being thrown around) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAJ3amqyVuE |

I don't see it as a hate crime, it was a crime of passion... she said it was hitting on her boyfriend, that is not a hate crime... I see it as a hate crime because the criminals are black and the victim is white. interracial crime is not the same as hate crime,,,hate crimes stem from the MOTIVATION behind the crime,,,not the race of the victim/perpetrator Well it would be a hate crime if the victim were black and the criminals were white therefore I see no difference. I hope it is treated as a hate crime and they both go to prison, not jail or juvy but good ol' American prison! not by my experience i have been assaulted twice by white males , the one which went to court was not charged with any hate crime although he did make a reference to my race ive been assaulted my a few different races, no hate crimes there either |
