You control our world. You’ve poisoned the air we breathe, contaminated the water we drink, and copyrighted the food we eat. We fight in your wars, die for your causes, and sacrifice our freedoms to protect you. You’ve liquidated our savings, destroyed our middle class, and used our tax dollars to bailout your unending greed. We are slaves to your corporations, zombies to your airwaves, servants to your decadence. You’ve stolen our elections, assassinated our leaders, and abolished our basic rights as human beings. You own our property, shipped away our jobs, and shredded our unions. You’ve profited off of disaster, destabilized our currencies, and raised our cost of living. You’ve monopolized our freedom, stripped away our education, and have almost extinguished our flame. We are hit… we are bleeding… but we ain’t got time to bleed. We will bring the giants to their knees and you will witness our revolution!

Sincerely,

The Serfs.

Did you know that Ventura was never a Navy SEAL, nor did he ever see combat? These are two things he lied about just to gain office. On top of that, he was a member of a motorcycle gang that had a reputation for trouble. To "The Body"'s credit, he never was arrested or charged for any gang activity. However, he did ride his motorcycle onto base while wearing his gang colors.

So, I wonder if Ventura can be trusted....especially since Linda McMahon and Bob Backlund have both run for the Senate.

He talks a good talk....but could this just be the WWE trying to gain a political foothold?

Why didn't I think of that?? No one holds politicians accountable for anything anymore....not unless it fits into a political agenda, that is.

So, carry on, Mr. Ventura. The Reps or the Dems will pull out the "love child" wild card when they truly tire of you. Until then, no worries.

the serfs? wth is that?

The serfs basically means the slaves of the rulers.

By definition:
1. A member of the lowest feudal class, attached to the land owned by a lord and required to perform labor in return for certain legal or customary rights.
2. An agricultural laborer under various similar systems, especially in 18th- and 19th-century Russia and eastern Europe.
3. A person in bondage or servitude.

I don't claim to know Jesse's naval background, but regardless of all of that, he is dead on on a lot of what he says now. People would be wise to listen to him, cause he is telling the truth that many others won't.

You know as an austraian I visited america expecting to see a country that we looked up to and tried to be like.\
However i saw a country that is not looking after itself.
The working man doesnt really seem to be able to make a go of it.
It is really sad to see hardworking men struggling to keep their heads above water, just trying to make ends meet.
i came home being really really thankful for the land of plenty that I live in , and actually being thankful for the polititions that we have.
Yes we have problems everyone does.
But I would think it was unfair if i had to pay $70 to see a doctor and they only gave me 3/4 back. But over their your health system is ridiculous.
If a family here earns under $45000 they recieve a health care card that makes all prescription medications under $5, My doctor has no charge for children under 16 that way children are always cared for. Flu shots, all childrens school vacination, meningitus rubella, chicken pox, Hepatitius, all of them are given at school for free, the country funds it with our taxes. How can a country with 20 odd million people afford it when over their you have many more and there is no help. How can it be right for people to not buy their medication because it is not affordable. That is ridiculous. Normally it is the people who cannot work who need it.
My gosh,its just stupid.
and then today I hear about some american official who says he is going to save the country treillions by cutting back healthcare and something else..what what what what what What healthcare. Is he going to make people sit on the streets to be seen, shut the hospitals and just let people who are worthy enter.
Honestly I am sorry if I sound rude, but your countries level of care for its citizens who are not wealthy just sucks.

I agree with you on this. My situation with my medical insurences is I pay 42.00 devalued US dollars a month for family medical. This is a cadilac plan my union negotiated. I also pay ten dollars per visit with five and ten dollar co pays for medicines.

Five years ago I paid nothing for the same plan. I still have one of the best and cheapest plans outside of the US congress.

I know however if things do not change I will be like most everyone else with insurence unafordable when healthy and when your old and unhealthy no one will sell you insurence at any price you could afford.

Yup. It took me 20 years to convince my dad that America was falling apart. He always felt it was the greatest country in the world. On the other hand, I noticed signs of decay that go back into the '60s. I'm not saying the social awareness of that time was bad, but rather what was happening on the upper levels, such as corporations and government. During my lifetime, I have seen it spread into the American lifestyle. Now that my dad sees it too, he feels it is too late to do anything.

Well....who's fault is that? I don't agree that it is too late. I have to have hope that things can turn around. However, if he turned a blind eye, then suddenly saw the truth and threw up his hands in defeat, how many others of his generation did the same thing? It was on their watch that the decline began. Now my generation and the generation after mine have to deal with the consequences.

I'm not looking to blame everyone from my dad's generation or the generation that came after his. (My dad was born in the '30s....I was born in the '70s.) Rather, I am just saying that those who recognized this and tried to act lacked the support to be effective. Too many were either complacent or just gave up. It's very sad. I love my country, but loving it also means recognizing when it is sick....not just ignoring the disease.

Still the greatest country on earth.

Still got the best people in the World.

wiki....

Navy career

From September 11, 1969, to September 10, 1975, during the Vietnam War era, Ventura served in the United States Navy. Ventura graduated with BUD/S class 58 in December 1970[4] and was part of Underwater Demolition Team 12 (UDT).[5] The UDTs were merged with the US Navy SEALs in 1983, 8 years after Ventura had left the Navy.

Bill Salisbury, an attorney in San Diego and a former Navy SEAL officer, accused Ventura of "pretending" to be a SEAL and wrote that Ventura would be blurring an important distinction by claiming to be a SEAL when he was actually a frogman with the UDT. Compared to SEAL teams, UDTs saw less combat and took fewer casualties.[6][7][8] Following that, Governor Ventura's office confirmed that Ventura was never a member of the SEALs. His spokesman stated that Ventura has never tried to convince people otherwise.[6] Ventura stated: "Today we refer to all of us as SEALs; that's all it is."[8]

Ventura has frequently referred to his military career in public statements and debates.[6][9][10] He was criticized by hunters and conservationists for stating in an interview with the Minneapolis StarTribune in April 2001, "Until you have hunted men, you haven't hunted yet."[10][11]

In January 2002, Ventura, who had never specifically claimed to have fought in Vietnam, disclosed for the first time that he did not see combat. He did not receive the Combat Action Ribbon, which was awarded to those involved in a firefight or who went on clandestine or special operations where the risk of enemy fire was great or expected.[5]
[edit] Post Navy

In 1973, near the end of his service in the Navy Ventura began to spend time with the "Dago" South Bay chapter of the outlaw motorcycle club the Mongols, in San Diego. He would ride onto Naval Base Coronado on his Harley-Davidson wearing his Mongol colors. According to Ventura he was a full-patch member of the club and even third in command of his chapter. While the club may have been involved in some criminal activity Ventura avoided any problems with the authorities.[12][13][14]

In the fall of 1974, Ventura left the bike club to return to Minnesota. Shortly after leaving, the Mongols entered into open warfare with their rivals the Hells Angels.[12]

In Minnesota Ventura attended North Hennepin Community College in the mid-1970s.[12] At the same time, he began weightlifting and wrestling. He was a bodyguard for The Rolling Stones for a short time before he ventured into professional wrestling and changed his name.[15]

Nice self delusion hate to burst your bubble.

We are not the best country in the world, far from it.

We have more people in prison per capita than any country in the world, ok number one there.

We rank around 27th in terms of healtcare but yet have the most expensive, Om my gosh another number one for the home team.

Freedom? I am trying not to laugh here.

Have you seen any children get groped by the TSA lately?
Havent we warned our kids about letting strangers touch them?

Funny how americans will fight for a parking space but roll over like sheep on realy important issues.
