Being called by One so great,
Knowing He had already set the tone,
Through His actions of remunerate,
To always set upon the Lord's throne.

Thoroughly bewildered by His power,
Yet knowing this calling was truly meant to be,
Ready and willing to allow it to devour,
Never fully understanding the complexity.

Still amazed when asked how I maintain such grace,
Anticipating the inevitable critique.
When I profess of His promised place,
Knowing that the response will be, "so you're a Jesus Freak?"

Such a crude euphemism displayed,
While referring to Him that is so full of Love,
Not willing to play in their masquerade,
Knowing I will always be called to reprove.

Standing as I am, without any doubts,
As He has already paid for my debts.
