I don't know if you are going to find any women who don't have any friends of the opposite sex, unless you look in a convent.
 Maybe you can say something more like "Looking for a woman who is willing to put me ahead of the other male friends in her life". And with leaving the answer to "marital status" as 'no answer' might raise some red flags (are you married or separated and just don't want to put that down in case it ruins your chances...etc).
Otherwise, it looks really good.
