If I properly and voluntarily deactivate my account, will my profile still show up on searches by other people after I deactivate?

In my experience it may still show up, but if you then click on it, it would show you deactivated.

In my experience it may still show up, but if you then click on it, it would show you deactivated. That is correct. Your profile may remain in Searches for a bit, but if you stay deactivated, it will be removed.
