Feeling very frustrated. Trying to get a garage built and everytime I turn around; I am finding more problems to deal with. Not to mention; getting tired of contractors talking down to me because I am a woman. Really feel like kicking some contractor *** but instead I will work on my kickboxing as it will keep me out of jail.

Feeling very frustrated. Trying to get a garage built and everytime I turn around; I am finding more problems to deal with. Not to mention; getting tired of contractors talking down to me because I am a woman. Really feel like kicking some contractor *** but instead I will work on my kickboxing as it will keep me out of jail. Humm best way to fix that is let the contractor know you know what your talking about and put them in their place. I worked for a construction company for 12 years and girl through those years I picked up on a lot. One thing in life that just goes all over me is for someone to talk down to me like I have no clue... Hahah I tend to put them in their place and make damn sure there are others around then turn and walk away just smiling.......

I did exactly that; did my homework so I knew what I was talking about and I ended up throwing a guy off my property. It doesn't change how men talk to women here in Red neck country. |

Most don't even know how to operate a power tool and usually call me for help with renos. |
