I have a favor to ask of y'all. My sister from Arlington starts chemo tomorrow and I would appreciate your good thoughts. It will be a rough few months for her. I just wish I could be there but I know your Texan hearts will open up and wish her a speedy recovery

You will notice that I'm an authority on plants, (yeah right), but that purpley blue flower isn't the state flower is it? I always thought the state flower was a Yellow Rose. But what would I know? |

I blame Guy Mitchell, he was the singer of a song called "The Yellow Rose of Texas". he caused a generation of peeps to get it wrong! Shame on him, he was prolly from Washington & didn't know hisself

Shshs I tried to find the picture Glenda with us taken in the Bluebonnets seems they are not in my photo bucket guess they are on my camera and I can't get to them Was going to show Fozil how they look in person....

Just in passing, I have been known as foszil for around 10-12 years now, till she died, my mum always called me Ray, and I suppose she should know! I answer to almost anything (except late for dinner) |
