I can hear the "boom" from here! I thought it was a jet breaking the sound barrier as you know, we don't have snakes, skunks, chipmonks, squirrels or even "ground hogs", (what ever they are) here. So, for sport, we have to make do with whats around. Rabbits are a serious problem in NZ, opossums spread bovine TB, and so are shot on sight, & feral cats are always a bother to chicken/egg farmers, as are stoats. Any dogs found "worrying" sheep, are shot without question.

Just talked to Jerry, he was about 30 minutes from home..no rehab...they will let him do it at home. He really sounded happy!

Likewise Betty, it just seems unusual for him not to put in an appearance. I'm not sure that he's been in since Jerry went into hospital for his hip
