Why Universal TRUTH = ALL INFORMATION

Why there is no such thing as false information and why universal truth equals "All information."

Universal Truth must be whole and complete therefore it must be all information, not just incomplete information. It must be the whole truth and nothing but the truth, untainted by lies and gibberish.

Lies are sometimes mistaken for information and sometimes called "false information."

All information must pertain to truth. To call a lie "information" or even "false information" is incorrect.

False information is not truth.
Incomplete information is not truth.
A lie is not truth.

A million lies or false statements does not have one bit of information in it because information must pertain to truth.

Only information is useful and true.

"False information" is a contradiction in terms because it would be meaningless.

A false statement is useless and a lie and it is not truth and is not information.

No matter how many lies a person tells or how many times they tell or write them, it can not be called truth or information because it is no more meaningful or useful than white noise or static.

Show me any so-called "information" that has been deemed false that is considered "truth." It does not exist.

Therefore, information must be true to be useful and it must be complete to be considered universal truth.

Any thoughts?

There's really nothing I can say in response to this. I mean yea all that's true.

What if I don't believe you? I can believe what I want right? I believe your wrong. There I said it. Your wrong. I don't have to explain why because I'm right. laugh

Seems to me that in this context, the word "information" is synonymous with the word "fact".

Seems to me that in this context, the word "information" is synonymous with the word "fact".

The difference is this: A fact has undergone scrutiny and investigation and has been agreed upon, hence a fact is an agreement of the minds calling it a fact, it is subjective.

Things once called "facts" have been discovered to be false. So the status of a fact would appear to be subject to human perception and agreement.

Truth cannot be known for certain, but it does exist.

What we think is truth may only be an opinion because it requires the human mind to evaluate what we believe to be true and correct information. Unfortunately we do not know for sure how to tell true information from illusion.

What is false information if it is not meaningless gibberish?

What good is any information if it does not pertain to universal truth?

I agree here. And what is the universal truth?

Jesus said I am THE way and THE truth and THE light.

That sums it up.

What good to stand 'tall' and 'erect' when standing within a pool of darkness...

as long as there are 'questioning' believers there will be light...

Only then can some one see you.

Sceptics hold aloft the torch...

So how do you know you have all information? Does that mean that there is no real truth?

No, it means that truth cannot be completely known.

Humankind cannot possess all information.

Depends upon your level of 'dream state'.

In this reality, one obtains truth naturally, but you cannot ever have or know the whole of truth.

There are ways to know what is true and there are methods that can be used to recognize truth and what is true.

People are busy with the business of sorting through untruths, deceptions, lies, speculations, illusions etc. and they are unable to ascertain the truth from the chaos.

Truth comes when you no longer look for it because it is a natural thing.

I disagree here. Truth comes when you put in the effort to search for it.

Actually you can find the truth by "searching" for it but it will depend on the actual context of the event or information and your own awareness. In every day life, if you obsess upon finding so many untruths you may miss the truth when you see it. Because of people's natural trust, they expect to find truth everywhere, but instead they find untruth almost everywhere.

In a world full of meaningless (junk)data and untruth, true information can become lost in the mess. But when valid information is found it will be obvious to the person who does not obsess over untruths or distorted truths.

That said, one should assume that most data they encounter as "information" is probably mostly false, distorted or incomplete and perhaps even a meaningless distraction that does not contribute to truth.
