::okay so this is kind of a rant::

Yes, this is where I live, a thirties something trying to be trendy area. When I first moved here I was like, wow!! it's like a 5 to 1 women to men ratio here! Yeah, well so much for that!

I have never met a woman from Wauwatosa that did'nt have some kind of glaring mental or emotional issue. Only one exception was my best friend and she only lived here for a couple of years.


Talk about timid!! I've seen or heard of so many women here making decisions about their lives, love lives etc based on being too afraid to try. I mean wow, such an area with young professional people, you would think otherwise right?

Oh and they are all in love with 'Eat, Pray, Love' the story of that incredibly selfish psycho woman messing with other people's lives until she felt happy (which she consistantly failed at).

All I need is for some lady from Wauwatosa to send me a message, willing to go on a date with me, dinner, coffee or whatever your little trendy heart desires. Prove to me that there is one sane and rational woman in this timid dating barren wasteland called my neighborhood.

Seriously, I am so tired of having to travel to meet people.

You'll never find what you're looking for in Tosa.
It's a state of mind not a place.
Move to river west or the east side.

Sounds like a plan, I like those areas and the people there.

Tosa is nothing but snobs and divorcees looking for their next sugar daddy.

A friend set me up on a coffee date with a Tosa girl. She told her that I'm from 'Milwaukee'. NOW, I'm going to meet this person, chat it up and have a good conversation, then finally drop the bomb that I'm from Tosa. This is going to be fun.

I'm sure you'll enjoy hours of conversation talking about things you both wanted to try but never have.

I Don't think it's just a Tosa issue. They are everywhere!

Maybe he and his new Tosa Sweety are moving to the Highlands.

Anyway, I've been dating a nice woman from the South Milwaukee/Oak Creek area. Much more pleasant conversation.

I've concluded that Tosa is a Stepford Wives breeding ground.

Oh man, now I find out that the girl I'm dating has been planning to move to Wauwatosa for some time now. Should I be worried? How much time do you think it will take for her to be tainted by the area?

Most people with any sense avoid the area whenever possible.

And if you ever do have to go through there, don't, under any circumstances, drink the water.

Well I'm glad to hear its not just me. I've lived in tosa for a long time, but I never found a girl here that wasn't crazy. The last one has a psych rap sheet a mile long. The most expensive part of living with her was her therapy bill. Beware!
