Why is there a palm tree in the background of the video showing violent protesters in Wisconsin?

O'Reilly is a very clever boy.

The Internet is abuzz this morning with a story that Fox News has “lied” in showing a video of an angry union protester from California while claiming its from Wisconsin. The “Palm Tree lie” (described as such because the tropical trees in the background of the protest video are used as proof of the deception) was the top two stories on Reddit’s Politics board this morning. They needn’t have tried so hard. While, in the 43-second clip that’s being linked to on YouTube, it does look like Fox News lied, but watching the entire segment for context makes it clear that they did not.

????? You ask a question that the link explains ... then add a snide remark?

The facts are that Fox did nothing wrong but you imply that they did?

Why are you posting this thread?

And just when I thought this couldn't get any better..

Seeing that little troglodyte saying he was going to f somebody up while flailing his fists like a schoolgirl made my day..

I suggest he sticks to hugging trees because they don't punch back..

And just when I thought this couldn't get any better..
What does that have to do with the protesters in Madison. Do you think that we can't find footage of equally truculent teabaggers from last summer?

wrong and misleading are not always seen in the same light,,,

but I get it, taking snippets out of context is misleading, I have said it myself on many issues where youtube and 'news' reports have been cited, its just interesting to see those who usually do the misleading being on the receiving end of misleading editing,,,lol
