every sleeping thought
every bitten lip
haunting nostalgia

a demonic possession
furtive and magnificent
colored perfumed robes
in softest cottons
splash paintings
on the sacred santuary
of us we drown

in folding blanket mountains
our eyes and souls at rest
devouring each other
with a kiss
a desperate kiss
because of the need
to be lost
to each other
pulling closer
falling weightless
