Looks like we'll know more after tomorrow. interesting, still seems like premeditation would negate the conditions of the proposal though that is to say, lying in wait for a doctor whose job it is to exterminate human life , is kind of like doing exactly what that doctor does (planning and preparing to end life) stopping someone IN the commission would involve being in the operating room which would certainly fall under illegal trespassing or malice aforethought ...we will see I kind of wish the reporters would be more responsible than to present it with such a heading though , they just encourage all the potential murderers out there that they will somehow have legal license to do so |

Im reading they may add 'unlawful killing' of an unborn to clarify it,,,,crazy, that some killing is lawful and some is not when the victim has the same circumstance,,,shrugs
