I am not feeling as great after today's workout. Little over 5 miles (up and down hills) in less than 50 minutes, not too great for my times and I am more sore than I should be. I had only been doing weight lifting during the cold weather and today was the first nice day I had a chance to go. My goal is to do a Half marathon this year, I have only done the 5-10K's...
