Ever wonder WHY your here? It is a wondrous thing, how one small thing you do can change your life. I joined with my friend skydancingA, to help her get 'hooked up.' So rather than my own, I used her profile/pic for the first 6 motnhs or so. She lost her internet so she has never actually used the forums. One day, I clicked on 'Community' and found the forums. I was not brave enough to post anywhere except 'Rate My Profile.' But I started reading the threads, and, finally, one day I posted. Well, you know the rest :-) If you had told me I would 'meet' someone in here back then, I would have laughed. I laugh no more :-) and so glad u r here - always enjoy your posts |

Had you just went through a break-up? Yes, I had met someone from another site in 2006, and it turned out to be a total fiasco. I decided I should try some new sites. JSH was only a few months old back then, as I recall. Did someone tell you to check us out here? Was it a pop-up somewhere and you clicked? I'm pretty sure it was a Google search. Did your ex find someone here so you said HELL YES?,lol One of my exes actually did use this site to get back in touch with me in November of 2007. We got back together for awhile but it didn't last. Was it because all the OTHER sites have band you from THEM?  I've never been banned from a site. I've stopped using most of them, though -- most of them start getting boring after a few months. This one is different, and it's primarily because of the quality of the people here. FOLKS,,,,tell me please,,,Why are you here???   Where else should I be....?

My reasons,,,wow,,OK
I came on here,,as I moved to Indy,,and was looking for some friends to hang with.. AS the site then was called Just Say Hi..and the closet member,,man or woman,,to me,,was 400 miles away,,,lol SO,,,I then started getting into THESE posts,,and acted as its Mod,, as we didn't have any yet,,,and people just showed me an honesty of being real friends on the Net,,that I never felt before,,,so I stayed and typed,,,,and typed,,,,and typed,,,lol Been through many dates and felt my love for a few,,but always finding myself HERE with ALL OF YOU..making poems,,or trying to help some with life questions,,its all GOOD,,and KEEP IT REAL,,was started here by me,,,,,Now I feel like a Historian of the place,,lol But it is more like a family,,than it is a site here for me. |
