What is a tuna steak?? Just a thick cut of Yellow Fin Tuna. It is a cross section cut of tuna with a thickness of a 1 inch cut.

When cooked it turns more of a white color. Leaving the inside with just a little color. It cooks on a lower heat than a beef steak. The taste is so very good indeed.

Ummm how do you cook it, in the oven, like a steak??

I get a non-stick fry pan hot with a little olive oil, a little salt and fresh cracked pepper, get the pan just as the oil begins to smoke a little. Lay the tuna in the pan with the thickest point towards you laying the tuna in the pan away from you. To prevent burning yourself.
