Is there something that interests you that you've always wanted to learn about? Or something you'd like to learn to do?

I want to learn to play the guitar. I started teaching myself the basics a while ago, but that got put on hold when I was moving. I think I will start that again.

I always wanted to learn how to make my ears wiggle. My grandpa used to be able to do that. I thought that was pretty cool..........smokin

I now feel like I am ignorant in geography, with all the coutries changing names and all. I saw my son and his girlfriend playing a game that shows the countries and you have to match the flag to the countries shown. I'm thinking it should improve my skills.

I taught myself how to play guitar in the early/mid 80's. Still not sure if I screwed up or not because it really freaks people out.... I didn't take into account the 'mirror image' when seeing on TV on how to hold one... so for 25+ years I've been playing 'backwards' (right handed, playing normally strung 'righty' guitars and picking with my left hand)........

ujGearhead - Hey, if you enjoy it, who cares what other people think about your style.

Abedabun - That sounds pretty cool.

Jimmy Hendriks did that throughout his life, and it sure didn't hurt him!

I did that once. I had a barber pole opening and tried to miss the ground, but I failed. :)

I do enjoy it, but I never did care much about what others think about me. Like it or not,I am who I am! My playing style freaks people out in a good way though. I'll start jammin' and people are just like WTF?! How's he doing that?

Sorta the same way he played, however, he played lefty and used a restrung righty guitar (low E up).

I am learning to salsa dance. I've just recently started, but it's a lot of fun. A good workout, too. And guys who can really dance are incredibly sexy!

I salsa danced once. It gets awful slippery when you spill it on a linoleum floor........

I had a guitar and keyboard, was learning both until I moved. I'd like to pick them up again some time.

There's lots I would like to learn and improve on.

But, I would really like to learn how to be happy. HA!
