Ray, do you go to bed in one spot of your room and wake up in another? Hahaha, Betty. No my bed is firmly attached to the floor, (it has 4 legs!) It did move a little in September, but so far, all the shakes have been along the length of it, rather than side to side. Not all have been as fortunate! Well thats good .If you woke up in your kitchen it would give a whole new meaning to breakfast in bed.

Take it easy and try not to worry too much.At least allow yourself one hour a day of no worry and just indulge yourself. That's the secret????  Will it reverse the wrinkles I already have??? I know what you are saying, thank you

On a different matter, NZ had a bit of a shake in the North Island this morning, was 5.9, and apparently felt as far south as Christchurch! I slept through it, caused me no worries
You would think by now you wouldn't be able to sleep if you DIDN'T get a shake or two during the night. |

Bill, we prolly get a couple or more shakes during the day/ night, but if they're not fairly impressive, they are ignored
 As it happens, I've just had a look at the quake map, and we've had 3 shakes in the last 12 hours, who'd have guessed
