Yes, the brief discussion about trust was agreed upon. What about truth? That should be an interesting one.
Truth is simple. It is necessarily presupposed by thought/belief. Also, I don't understand what you mean by "human warrant" or "universal behavioral expectation" or how that can be outside the human mind.
There needs to be a clarification here. Not being subject to the mind is not the same thing as being "outside the mind". Warrant is that which constitutes sufficient reason to believe. Universal behavioral expectation refers to an expectation which everyone shares, regardless of whether or not they are aware of it. |

But how is 'warrant' (reason to believe) not subject to or effected by the mind if there is conflicting information? |
