This is a charity that was set up after my friend's niece died from " Ewings Sarcoma", a type of cancer affecting thefemur bone. for the last 3 years we have held a softball tournament to raise funds for the following organizations...

The Brian Ahearn Childrens fund ( http://www.aboutbacf.org )

The Brittany Miller Foundation ( http://brittanymiller.org )

and The Ewings Sarcona Fund.

Last year we raised $13,500 for these great funds and this year our goal is $30,000.
It's not just softball!! It's a great day for the whole family and it gives you a great sense of community. Law enforcement and local buisness owners all pitch in to throw a great party.

i am active in a few charitable endeavours, but do not use that to solicit in any way because it was as i understood also against the site rules....

i don't mean to diminish the wonderful work you are doing ...just need to know what the line is.

I don't really recall what the rules allow,,, I am thinking being a charity should do no harm to anyone,,, I personally do not see why we can not post our charity's in good taste,,,

Oh, I dont know either, I didnt do that, because of your post bl8ant.
I just think its a good cause and wanted to bring it back up for BG.

I don't know what the rules are about this, But if I get banned for this, I'd be pretty disapointed.
