I really enjoyed "Drive" myself. Went into it blind, not really what I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised.

not sure which drive you enjoyed, either way neither movie had a lot to do with driving

The one with Ryan Gosling. And I know. That was what I was expecting, but you're right, it didn't have a whole lot of driving. Still enjoyed it though. Started out like "Gone in 60 Seconds" and ended up being kinda like "Taxi Driver".

Well, Blue Monkey didn't have any monkeys blue or otherwise, but I still liked it.

I'm not sure what would be a longer list- what I would watch, or what I would like to avoid like the plague, and what I wish I could unsee.

You're a B-Movie fanatic man. You're just a glutton for punishment.

My friend Jon is the same way. All these old 70's grindhouse/exploitation films 90% of which I have never heard of (and I consider myself pretty well educated in film...just not that genre obviously). I tried getting into it, but I just can't. I have the utmost respect for anyone who appreciates cinema that much though, regardless of the genre. My hat is off to you sir.

But I do have my limits, if I see "SyFy Channel Presents" I run for the hills. But give me a good 'ol I Drink Your Blood, or Invasion Of The Blood Farmers, or The Wormeaters and I'm in schlock-heaven.

It was a good movie, loved Scott and his wife in it. Wasn't it supposedly based on a true story?

Yes, based on an incident that supposedly happened in the 60's. Definitely one of my favorite ghost films.

Yea,mine too. I love that movie The Amityville Horror too. I know it's not a really scary movie, and not that popular, but for some reason, I've always liked it,lol.

Are you talking the original Amityville? It was decent, mainly for James Brolin and Margot Kidder, though I like part 2 more.

I also like the older B&W ones like The Haunting, The Innocents, and The Uninvited.

Yes, the original. For the most part, I think the original versions are the best ones. I like The Haunting, I actually haven't seen the other two. I liked Psycho and The Invisible Man too.

I'm a huge fan of horror movies from the 30's and 40's, Bride of Frankenstein is one of my favorite movies. I also love the old "spooky" comedies like Ghost Breakers with Bob Hope, and Hold That Ghost with Abbott & Costello.
