I can. I enjoy doing it. The fun part is that I'm too exhausted...between school and a full time job that takes a lot of driving every day I am just too tired when I finally get home.

This is where a man should help if in a relationship I think like TxsGal said. It can be fun and make the other feel appreciated and you can have a little fun |

It would be very nice.....maybe some day I will have that luxury but for now I use mostly healthy frozen foods and very quick stuff that dosn't take a lot of time that's also pretty healthy. |

coffee is cheap, lunch is an interview now dinner is romantic...want a good girl try romance. If a girl looks at her self to much is phony and is an attetion whore but a girl who can hold her own and is confident with herself she is a keeper. Just a little advice from a matchmaker I know.

How can anyone not learn to cook to at least some extent? It's a primary survival skill when living single! Think about it....you don't eat, you die; you don't cook, you eat out; you eat out, you waste TONS of money; now you can't have a beer at the bar, let alone take that babe to the concert she really wants to see.
I don't care if it be man or woman, all people should know how to cook to some degree. It's a survival skill, and a big way to make an impression with a date. And I don't mean backyard BBQ bullsh@t. I've spent at least 8 years in the restaurant business as a cook. Never went to culinary school, but I have learned from On Cooking, the textbook. I have some recipes that you just can't get in a restaurant because I created them myself. How better to score points than to prepare and serve a delicious home-cooked meal that is your own original recipe? |

I love to cook, especially for the guy in my life. But I don't want to cook and do the work ALL the time. He has to take me out from time to time. I think it's a pretty fair trade!

We got some of the dumbest and laziest people around. MOST people eat out all the time then act confuzzeled when they dont have money. Learn to cook? HA! Guys have a hard time learning to wipe thier butts and putting toilet paper on the empty roll. Women will NEVER learn that guys can't read thier minds or thier subtle signals. They aint gonna learn. A dude at work will take a plain uncooked brick of ramen noodles, put ketchup on it and crunch through it....makes me sick even watching it. |

My late husband was great in the kitchen (lots of other places too but that is a different thread) Food was a big part of our day, planning what we wanted and often cooking together. Between us we had 4 boys and my Nana lived with us for many years so dinner was usually a time to be together, share our days - yupper just like on tv! We were pretty creative cooks, coming up with many of our own recipes or adding our ideas to ones we read or tried while eating out.
Now that I live alone most of the fun has gone out of cooking for me and it is almost always a solo act unless it is a holiday meal when family is always in the kitchen! So can I cook? Definitely! Do I enjoy it? Not so much anymore except for the rare times I have someone to cook for and or with. |

That is an understatement! Give a woman a credit card and a Buy One/ Get One sale at Shoe Carnival and they get completely retarded. Even worse is when you get a group of em drunk and break out a stripper....it is embarrassing! They get WAAAAAAAAY dumber than guys ever do. |
