They have thier ways of not letting the same computer make a new profile, so unless this prick has more then one computer, he can't contact you again. Everytime the prick makes a new profile, they can deactivate it and block the computer they are on.

They can track the profile whisper. Send them the email and ID name of the person. They can see the profile even if you can't .........
