I think I saw that pork chop recipe. And I don't think so. All you do I let the steak sit in italian dressing over night then add BBQ sauce.

That sounds good will have to try it. Try the Tonys Cajun Seasoning as well it makes the steaks taste wonderful as well & great on grilled chicken.
