I was given a bottle of one of my favorites, soon to be open and consumed. A very large bottle of 100 year GRAND MARINER.
Might have to go outside for a bit. Like to drink it with a cigar.

Lol my dad use to smoke them once in a while never could stand the smell of them... And since I'm and ex smoker it is even worse now but as long as they are out in the open then not bad... So do you smoke cigs too? |

Just cigars, but some of the best in the world.
Ever once in awhile I'll smoke a cigar. But it has to be outside. To me they calm me down when things are not right in the world. Surprising I do not smoke them more often.

I still have six beers a friend brewed.
The price of these cigars would prohibit smoking them in a chain. I have not paid for one in over ten years. People send these to me.

Been inputing grandmothers recipes today just thinking about the holiday season here. All the foods that would be cooking. Fond memories indeed dear lady.

Yeah memories of those past are sweet but I do try not to go there too much at this time of year lost both my parents many years apart around this time of year...........

The sun is behind Pikes Peak now, soon it will be dark here. The wind has been blowing hard today. Clear skies tonight hoping tomorrow night it will be clear here. Have food ready in the frig. Then made incense, to burn tomorrow night.

My son and his g/f will be leaving to go to Colorado on the 24th ohh and they are flying hehehee but forgot to ask where they are going in Colorado....

The winter celebration. My grandmother would celebrate every year. Been doing it ever since. Plus I ran into some people that do the same. Been on the phone talking about it. For the 20 plus years living in Colorado. We have food and celebrate the winter.

Her parents actually have a place in Colorado as well as here. Hopefully by then I will met them and weasel and invite.....
