Actually I did make extra since I figured I would use all the meat left over I just added some more eggs to it. Now I have breakfast for in the morning all I have to do is heat it up.....

I had Mexican food last night Made Blackeyed peas today with the ham bone I had left over from this weekend. Pretty tasty
