My friend Roel, invited me over for UFC fights tonight and since Amanda & Gabe usually bring dinner since he buys the fight I asked what they were planning. Hot dogs...  New Year's Day?
I guess I just never knew that everyone didn't eat black-eyed peas and cabbage with cornbread...  
SOOO, I cooked for fight night a nice juicy pork roast, black-eyed peas, smother fried cabbage, cornbread and brought the cheesecakes since we did not get to them last night...
Was not starting off the year with hot dogs...shss! |

Hummm well went to a B-day party last night and well no black eyed peas so I did not get mine this year........But so far this year has started off busy.....
Got my granddaughters B-day party to make today...... Heck I have not got out this much in a month
