The surgeon didn't say much, except the tumor is actually IN the aorta and that he will have to meet with her next week to discuss the surgery :(

We will find out Monday when the surgery is going to take place. The surgeon has let us know that it is unlikely the tumor can be removed easily and there is a chance that Bobby's heart will be removed from his body, the tumor removed from the aorta and then the heart will be set back in place. He will have a long road to recovery. Just stopping in to update...and to thank you all once again for keeping vigil
