I Sell the Dead

18th century justice catches up with a pair of grave robbers. With only a few hours to go before his date with the guillotine, Arthur Blake tells his life story to Father Francis Duffy. Before long, Arthur spills the beans on how he got started in the grim corpse peddling business with seasoned ghoul Willie Grimes.

I love this movie. Great fun.

Pulse

After one of their friends commits suicide, strange things begin happening to a group of young Tokyo residents. One of them sees visions of his dead friend in the shadows on the wall, while another's computer keeps showing strange, ghostly images. Is their friend trying to contact them from beyond the grave, or is there something much more sinister going on?

Offspring

Survivors of a feral flesh-eating clan are chowing their way through the locals. Amy Halbard and Claire Carey strive to survive their abduction by the cannibals and save their children. A subplot involving Claire's despicable husband, Steven, gives an opportunity to cleverly compare predatory civilized folk to the appetite-driven primitives.

I'm watching this right now.

Pretty good.

It was adapted by Jack Ketchum himself from his own novel, so I'm even more confused as to why he didn't adapt Off Season before Offspring.

It was, though I liked The Woman more. Offspring felt like it was a sequel movie, which they should not have done since it was the first. They should have made it like what they did with Hannibal's story.

Yep, it felt like it was the middle of a trilogy, like if you went and saw Empire Strikes Back and there was no Star Wars preceding it.
