yes it is. he worked out a deal with the management company to forfeit some of the tenant allowance money in exchange for no rent till April, so yeah, any time we can save is money in the bank.

I think my deal is falling through tomorrow.. But there are others so it is what it is.. I'm over this bldg no matter how much I'm in love with it.. I've lost more so I'll get over it....
