Topic: Jobless Rate Rises to 9.8 Percent | |

We shouldn't get excited over that. The important thing is to build the economy stronger with more staying power. Real growth. Not some shake-n-bake quick fix that will just tank again in 10 years. .2% is acceptable. I agree, you have to slow down the speeding train before it can stop,,and start over |

Then again, 9.8 is not a real world number of unemployed.
More like 28%. Gotta' count the ones who quit looking, drop from roles and the ones whos benefits ran out. Real easy for someone with jobs. on some other supplement or the parents are taking care of them to say, "patience." Tell that to the already homeless and the soon to be who are starting to freak. |

GW screwed us up but I don't think 28% bad. Although, had it not been for the actions of the new Admin, it would no doubt have went that bad. |

Tell that to the politicians and the President. They are the ones who should be listening. Businesses make decisions without regard for us and we are the ones who are suffering. You want to be more specific on what decisions you are talking about and who us and we are in that statement. Busnesses have a duty to their employees, customers, and stockholders. Noone else. |
