Ladies, have you ever been harassed by a guy from your job? Or a guy that creeps you out? What does he do, or how does he behave? Also, are there any comments or body signals you use to show him you're not interested? I'm sort of new to this and want to know what to avoid and what signals to read from women that are not interested. Thanks.

No touching and no dirty jokes until you know her better....most people don't realize that the ''victim'' doesn't have to be the one making the sexual harrassment claim, anyone who feels uncomfortable around your behavior can make a claim.

Yes, I had some creep at my job touch me and a co-worker actually filed the report for me. My friend was a retired cop and wasn't going to let the perv get away with it. After I filed, five other women came forward and said he did things to them too.

First, Welcome 1Kevin!
And second, I am a really cynical woman and when an idiot makes advances towards me or creeps me out at work.....I usually put them in their place as I am the higher up. (usually their boss)
I will fire you for this with out warning.
It is best NOT to make sexual remarks, jokes, advances...ect....at ANY work place. It is also a well known fact that dating a co-worker isn't a great idea...what if ya break up? Then you still have to face them five days a week and that is no fun either.
Best policy, DO NOT DATE CO-WORKERS AND KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOUR SELF...

Now back to our regularly scheduled program:banana:                         .

Is it really that difficult not to harass someone? Or to tell if someone is not interested?
