I keep thinking, there’s an innate danger to sharing thoughts, because after a while, I'm seeing the potential for understanding, for harmony. I'm beginning to realize what I’ve been missing, and what might be filled with continued association. The thing is, there is this most extreme intimacy in the exchange of words, something more intimate than physical interaction.

try turning on some of your favorite music , that sometimes help me chill-out little and being on mingle2 theards helps as well after a hard day in our busy world
