Why does it hurt so much to catch ur lover with another why do I even care im a good looking guy but as a guy we are told not to cry we don't show our emotions but it hurts so much and the cuts run soooooo deep I guess im just venting I bet a lot of peaple are gonna make fun of me for this but who cares im all alone and its fine go ahead make fun of someone who is down on their luck becouse that's real mature

Nothing funny about it been there had it done and learned to move on....... You will finally down the road at one point realize it was not meant to be. Things happen for a reason... I believe that they are merely stepping stones to the one you will met someday that will be all you ever wanted...

I caught my ex cheating and yes it hurtand sometimes still does.
But I look at things this way: I am better than him for being completely honest. I will eventually find the one I can't stand to be without. I am going to live a happier life for all the life lessons I have had to learn. Take your time to make friends and get to know people. Don't rush into anything. |

Sometimes it isn't what you wanna hear & you just have to ignore the bs. It hurts you because you had an emotional attachment and you feel betrayed & that is completely normal, but it won't hurt forever. You will learn to move on |

Sweetie thats what its called Heartbreak, and heart ache. I'm sorry for you circumstance. But know this, With time it gets easier (Been there a few times). Just be glad you foudn out before you were married, and had been together for a long time. Just try and relax and focus on makin g new friends.

being left is bad, being left for someone else is even worse..you start to doubt your self, wonder about the endless "what ifs"..etc...
its part of life...every thing that has a beginning also has an end..the secret to living a serene life is recognizing when something has reached its limit...that includes the good as well as the bad times. |

You are right. Men are brought up to hide their emotions. And yes, other men will chide you if you let them show... BUT, that doesn't mean you can't cry. That doesn't mean you can't let your emotions out. Maybe you have to do it in private, or only around your closest friends. Sometimes you need to develop an expressive hobby, like writing, drawing, sculpting, or carving. Focus those emotions into something artistic. It's proven therapy. Each man finds a different outlet for his emotions. You simply need to find the one that works for you. You know yourself better than anyone else, so if "sucking it up" doesn't work for you, don't listen to those that tell you to do it. Find your own way....turn that negative into a positive to enhance your own life. It may just make you more desirable in women's eyes. |

even for a rainbow, a little rain must fall. we all know heartbreak. it sux. big boys do cry. mebbe even laugh about it some day. but don't let it drag you down too long. it's cliche, but life is really short. don't waste it. don't give others power to bring you down. control the heartbreak of your past, don't allow it to control you.

Because a lot of people seem stuck on archaic stereotypes.... I was told I was weak for crying after my ex hubby was sentenced to 20 yrs for a crime his supposed best friend actually committed! I still won't cry in front of anyone aside from close family! Those B@stards made me a tough little b!tch though. I've been burying emotions for 5 yrs now instead of dealing with them and have finally decided to deal and move on, but it isn't any easier now so feel it, live it, and move on with a better life dude! |
